CE Blades Warranty & Return Policy

CE Blades offers a 30 day return policy for all items purchased from us, barring excluded items. Excluded items include close outs, sale items, special orders, and custom knives.

In order to initiate the return process, you must contact us for an authorization. Without authorization, there may be significant delays or rejection of a return. You may contact us M-F from 11:00 am-&pm Central time. 

Please include a copy of your invoice, note stating reason for return and authorization, and your contact information.

Your items must be returned in new condition, with the box, paperwork, wrapping, and any other parts or items intact, in order to be restocked. If the item is not received this way, it can cause rejection of the return.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned items. If the item received is defective, the 20% restocking fee will be waived.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, it would be faster to contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

CE Blades is not a manufacturer, therefore we do not extend any warranty or service for any of the products we sell. All warranty or service issues must be addressed through the manufacturer of the item you purchased.

CE Blades cannot offer any refunds on financed items, or on layaways.
